This doesnt work.

iTunes 11.1 on OSX 10.8.4. The app doesnt do anything once started. When I select a speed other than 1.0 (default), the app icon changes to "Loading…" and never does anything else.
Its a nice idea, but doesnt do what its supposed to do.
