Volume Oddity

I listen to lectures from class, and the app works most of the time, but every now and again when I speed up the tracks, the volume drops even though I have it turned all the up on the mac, on itunes, and set the track to play at +100% of normal volume. Dunno what the issue is, but it makes it difficult to use for my purposes when it happens.

One suggestion is it would be useful to be able to set your own times listed in the drop down menu instead of dragging the slider around every time you want to change it.
